Individual Therapy Services
I currently provide virtual therapy sessions to individual adults at this time. Telehealth sessions allow clients to prioritize therapy in their daily schedules where they feel most comfortable.

Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy is where I get to physically join alongside you in your journey. We meet in nature and walk through emotions and experiences together. You are not alone in this quest of life. Nature and movement have been found to have restorative benefit by:
Feeling more free to release emotions when walking side-by-side instead of face-to-face
Increasing mind and body awareness
Decreasing overwhelm and worry
Nature naturally supports our regulation, mood, self-esteem and physical health, so why not incorporate it into our therapy sessions?
