Walk and Talk Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy allows me to physically join alongside you in your journey. We meet outdoors and move through emotions and experiences together, side-by-side. You are not alone in this season of life.

Movement and nature offer restorative benefits, including: 

  • Greater ease releasing emotions while walking side-by-side

  • Increased mind-body awareness

  • Reduced overwhelm and worry through bilateral movement and processing

Nature inherently supports regulation, mood, self-esteem, and overall wellbeing. Incorporating movement into therapy can create a grounded, steady space for reflection and growth.

Walk and Talk sessions are current offered in Pacifica. Virtual sessions are offered throughout California.
