Burnout & Overwhelm

You hold space for others all, including clients, teams, children, partners, and family members. From the outside it looks like you are handling it all. Internally, you are experiences something completely different.

You may notice:

  • Constant mental load

  • Difficulty sleeping even when you're exhausted

  • Irritability or less patience at home

  • Feeling emotionally numb or disconnected

  • Limited capacity for one more ask

Burnout often happens over time. High-functioning adults were taught to push through stress, rarely giving their nervous system true resets. Over time, this can impact relationships, work performance, physical health, and overall sense of identity.

In our work together, we move beyond simply "coming with". We explore the deeper patterns of overextension, stress triggers, and patience with healthier regulation strategies to help restore capacity rather than drain it further. We also gently challenge thought patterns and narratives that keep you stuck in cycles of self-criticism.

Therapy becomes a space where you don't have to hold it all together.
